Charcoal
We produce to order any charcoal from hardwood and softwood waste.
The production is equipped with modern equipment. Pyrolysis is carried out in retort furnaces with the possibility of automating production cycles, which allows us to reduce costs.
Our advantages:
- Own production of charcoal allows us to produce and ship coal all year round.
- Wewe use our own raw materials, which are the waste of our wood production, which allows us to offer you relatively low prices.
- We carry out uninterrupted supply of any volumes to all regions of Russia.
- We carry out all types of packaging of coal in big bags, in bulk or in various bags (3, 5 or 10 kg each, packaging branding is possible).
- We produce coal to order, which will ensure its maximum shelf life (the less the material is stored, the less it will absorb moisture and give the declared temperature during combustion).
Branded branded packaging
Our products are packaged in branded packaging. The packaging shows the advantages of our coal production, its scope.
Packaging made of high-quality material protects coal from environmental influences.
The package contains a QR code, which will allow you to get complete information (in a convenient form on the phone screen) about our company and the product you are buying.
The identification mark of the coal produced by our company is a logo that reflects the features of the product: "ecological coal", made in green (ecology) - black (coal) color.

The logo has a triple meaning:
1) Coal production is carried out in modern pyrolysis furnaces, which have an excellent filtration system and do not harm the environment;
2) charcoal is made from natural raw materials without the use of chemicals, so it is ideal for cooking;
3) the proceeds from the sale of coal are partially used to restore forests that are leased by our company.
Classification
1. According to the type of source wood, charcoal is divided into three groups (it makes it possible to select a product according to its calorific value):
- Group 1 : deciduous trees with hardwood (birch, oak, hornbeam, beech, elm, and some others);
- Group 2 : coniferous trees (spruce, pine, and others);
- Group 3 : deciduous trees with soft wood (aspen, linden, willow, alder, poplar).
2. According to GOST 7657-84, charcoal is divided into three classes:
| Class | Raw material | Maximum concentration of carbon/mineral components |
| A | Raw materials of the first group | 90% / mineral content 2.5% (minimum) |
| B | Mixture of raw materials of the first two groups | 88% with the same ash content |
| IN | Mixture of raw materials of three groups | 77% / 4% |
3. Depending on the color, the fuel is divided
- Black coal - made from soft hardwoods (alder, poplar, aspen);
- White coal - is burned out of hardwoods (oak, hornbeam, birch);
- Red coal - obtained from coniferous trees using soft charcoal technology.
4. Depending on the size of the pieces of coal, its purpose and application are divided into fractions.
| Factions | Size, mm | Application |
| Restaurant | 40 - 20 | for professional and domestic kitchen ovens, barbecues, barbecues, grills, fireplaces, etc. |
| Technical | 15 - 80 | for metallurgical production, can be used in everyday life for heating and cooking |
| carburetor | 4 - 25 | for metallurgical production |
| dusty | up to 6 mm | for metallurgical production, pyrotechnics, chemistry, etc. It is also used for the manufacture of charcoal briquettes |
The most popular and demanded fraction of charcoal is technical, which is distinguished by optimal consumer qualities for use in production and everyday life.
