4000 m 2 per month - these are the approximate average monthly volumes for the production of engineering boards with a full load of the line.

In the production of engineering boards, only high-quality raw materials from trusted suppliers are used.
Each batch entering the factory is manually checked.
Rich assortment
Since the top layer of the board is made of the same valuable species of wood as the massive board , the richness of textures and the whole palette of applied shades and effects is approximately the same. The difference between an engineered board and a massive one is that its bottom layer is usually made of plywood. This allows more careful use of valuable wood, and also has a very positive effect on resistance to large temperature and humidity changes.
Protective covering
Some batches of engineering boards can be produced with a protective finish already applied.
Ready-to-use flooring reduces the cost of repairs and construction.
The application of UV-curing varnishes and oils on the new paint-drying line allows to achieve uniformity and stability of the coating, and the resulting polymer layer serves as a reliable protection, which is difficult to achieve when applying the coating after installation.
Description
Compound
The top layer of an engineering board (8-15mm) is the wood of valuable or rare species.
The bottom layer is usually made of plywood with a thickness of 10 to 16mm. The intersection of the fibers in the layers of plywood makes this type of flooring especially resistant to various influences.
A layer of noise and vibration isolation can be glued to the bottom side.
Form
The shapes of the engineered board are usually the same as the shapes of the solid board. Both rectilinear and curvilinear variants can be produced.
Products with a geometric pattern, usually square in shape, are called an engineering module.
A thorn/groove is applied from the end for precise joining and fitting of parts.
Size
Width - 60-250mm.
Length - 500-3000mm.
Other sizes are possible.
