OOO " Zavod Yantarnaya Pryad " (Zavod Yantarnaya Pryad, LLC) is a woodworking plant that specializes in the production of wooden flooring, joinery and lumber.
The factory was founded in 2004.
During this time, we have gone from a small workshop for the production of piece parquet to a large woodworking enterprise.
Currently, the company employs more than 200 people.

Manufacture of products is carried out according to the full cycle - from harvesting wood to applying the finish coating. This approach allows you to exercise control at all stages and excludes marriage.
Equipment
The workshops are equipped with modern equipment , and some machines have no analogues in Russia and the World at all.
Our plant is one of the few owners of a large-scale and complete complex of modern woodworking machines and control systems for the production of wooden products of the highest quality.
The technical complex includes a large fleet of modern machines - sawing machines, German-made milling machines with numerical control (CNC), automated edge trimming machines, band saws, a UV line and much more.
All equipment is serviced by qualified personnel, regularly calibrated and technically inspected.
Timely maintenance and routine maintenance, modernization of production lines and the introduction of new technologies are the guarantee of high quality products even when performing large and complex orders.
Own raw materials
Own raw materials allow us to produce products for customers at affordable prices , which distinguishes us from competitors.
In 2013, the plant signed a forest lease agreement for timber harvesting in the Tula region. The total area of our timber base is 42,000 hectares, and the annual volume of timber harvesting reaches more than 60,000 m3.
Works at woodworking sites include selection and logging, sawing and processing of industrial waste. The division produces lumber , blanks for parquet and massive boards, sleepers, lining, pallets and so on.
The staff of the plant organized subdivisions for forest protection and for the care and planting of forest plantations.
Drying and storage of wood
Drying chambers of the Italian production "DeNARDI" maintain optimal conditions for drying wood, which eliminates its warping and cracking in the future. The chambers are equipped with programmable controllers, with which you can maintain the optimum temperature and humidity for different types of wood.
Due attention is paid to the storage of sawn timber: the employees of the plant constantly monitor the conditions of storage of timber in warehouses.
Painting
Our color laboratory is equipped with modern equipment for color selection according to the client's sample.
The company operates a UV line , where floor coverings are finished, painted and applied with a protective layer using a roller method, followed by curing (polymerization) under ultraviolet rays. This processing method significantly increases the wear resistance and service life of the floor covering.
Additional processing
A large number of types of additional processing increases the practical and aesthetic qualities of wood. Such types of processing include: brushing, scraping, grinding, patination, sawing and many others.
