Separately, it is worth mentioning the possibilities for the production of figured (curvilinear) massive boards.

The variety of wood used and the rich color palette of paintwork materials used make it possible to choose almost any decor and shade.

Additional processing

Brushing, blackening, bleaching, scraping, chamfering, heat treatment - these and many other additional processing techniques can be used in the production of solid boards at our enterprise.

In addition to solid boards without any protective coatings, we offer our customers ready-to-lay boards with a protective finish applied at the factory. Lacquer, oil (including UV oil), waxes, etc. are applied in special spray booths.

For the end user, this is beneficial in reducing the cost of coating installation, as well as the stability and high quality of the entire batch.

Massive board - a natural floor covering from wood. It is a large rectangular boards from a solid array.

A massive board can be called the progenitor of modern wooden floors. But once this version of the floor was considered the most economical and non-prestigious. Everything changed when manufacturers began to produce a massive board from carefully dried and processed wood of the highest quality, observing a clear geometry of the form.

At the moment, various types of wood processing with decorative compositions are used. The wood is given various colors, shades and effects (artificial aging, brushing, bleaching, etc.)

The massive board has turned from a junk product into a high-quality, elite product. But it has become much more expensive and moved to a different price segment of the wood flooring market. At the moment, this is the highest quality and demanded natural flooring.

In the manufacture of massive boards, wood of Russian, European, Indonesian, African production is used. Each type of wood has its own unique properties.

The width of the board is 10-20 cm, and the length varies from 1 to 2.5 m. The thickness is usually 18-22 mm. The presence of a tenon groove around the perimeter greatly simplifies the installation of a solid board and significantly extends the service life of this flooring.

The solid wood floor looks truly luxurious and majestic. This versatile coating can be used in a wide variety of interiors. It can be combined with modular and artistic parquet to create an original design.

• The massive board is made of large elements of solid wood, due to which the maximum strength and durability of the floor is achieved;

• A solid board treated with natural oil is considered the most environmentally friendly flooring. This option is ideal for a nursery or for people with allergies or asthma;

• The presence of special ventilation grooves on the inside of the material helps to maintain the quality of the board even in conditions of fluctuations in humidity and temperature in the room;

• The floor covering made of this material looks very noble and aesthetically pleasing;

• Wood and the board made from it have low thermal conductivity. This means that when the floor is covered with this material, the house will retain heat more. In the winter season, it is quite comfortable to walk barefoot on a massive board floor.
