Description
The engineering module is one of the most modern universal, environmentally friendly and durable floor coverings.
It was the desire to make flooring from natural wood, which surpasses parquet and solid board in its characteristics, that led to the creation of engineering boards and engineering modules.
The use of a parquet module as an independent flooring unit or in combination with other types of flooring, such as parquet, engineered board, tiles, etc., is increasingly becoming the most fashionable, modern and practical solution.
In terms of its parameters, the engineering module is similar to the artistic parquet module, but since it is manufactured using a different technology and has its own characteristics, it can be distinguished as a separate type of product.
The multi-layer construction of the module, where the top layer is made of fine wood, and the lower layers are made of plywood, makes it possible to exclude warping, deformation and cracking of the product.
Sometimes plywood can be replaced with solid wood, re-glued in different directions.
Production

Modern machine park
The production of engineering modules takes place on the latest woodworking lines and press equipment in compliance with the most stringent quality standards.
Automated lines of a high degree of accuracy allow us to achieve accurate compliance with all geometric parameters, which is important for further operation and appearance, as it eliminates the appearance of inconsistencies and cracks.

The capacity for the production of engineering modules is about 4,000 square meters per month.

We already have several hundred ready-made options for drawings and shades of engineering modules.

Finishing
The module can be supplied without finishing protective coatings or already ready after installation.
There are various types of finish coatings, including those with the use of highly durable UV varnishes and oils on a specialized line .
Output control
All products undergo thorough automatic and manual control.
