Our plant is equipped with the most modern equipment for the production of artistic parquet of any complexity.
On the only in Russia (only 3 in the world) Italian ultra-high precision woodworking line, we produce artistic parquet elements with an accuracy of up to 50 microns, which is approximately equal to the thickness of a human hair.
Fast changeover of 3-axis CNC machines allows us to significantly reduce the time for parquet production and produce even large orders in a relatively short time.

Production volumes
The final output volumes may vary depending on the manufacturing conditions of specific batches, but you need to focus on the following approximate figures:
Artistic module - 3000m 2 /month;
Curvilinear parquet (decors, borders, sockets, etc.) - 600-800m 2 / month;
Selection of raw materials at all stages of production
All raw materials for the production of parquet are carefully sorted. Requirements for incoming raw materials can be found in the "Suppliers" section .
Drying
The complex of drying and steaming chambers made in Italy by DeNARDI allows us to carefully dry the workpieces to the desired moisture content, which eliminates warping and cracking of materials in the future.
We also provide wood drying services for third-party customers.

Centuries passed, trends in interior design changed, but the popularity of artistic parquet did not decrease. On the contrary, modern technologies have made this material even more durable, beautiful and resistant to various damages. At the moment, artistic parquet is distinguished by its original design, subtlety of the pattern and the use of several types of wood, sometimes very rare and valuable, in the manufacturing process.
Usually, artistic parquet is a kind of mosaic, since it is made of many parts of various sizes, while maintaining the correct geometric shape.
The main elements of artistic parquet
Socket
This parquet element can have a round, oval, diamond-shaped or even asymmetric shape. Usually parquet sockets are placed in the center of the room. With their help, you can visually delimit the room into various functional areas.
Parquet module
This element, as a rule, has a square shape. It is used both as a complete floor covering and in combination with rosettes, borders or solid wood details.
Border
Most often, this element is used for laying around the perimeter of the room. With the help of the border, fragments of the floor of various styling can be outlined. The use of a border, as well as a parquet socket, will help to visually divide the space into functional zones.
Decor
This element is made in the form of an ornament, it can look like a flower, curved lines, etc. Inserts are used for laying in any area of the room with an exclusive design of the parquet floor.
