Own raw material base
In 2013, the OOO "Zavod Yantarnaya Pryad" (Zavod Yantarnaya Pryad, LLC) plant signed a forest lease agreement for logging in the Tula region with a total area of ​​16,500 hectares and an annual volume of 61,000 cubic meters.
The predominant tree species is oak. Also harvesting of deciduous plantations such as linden, birch, aspen, ash and coniferous plantations (spruce) is carried out.
The following logging complexes with a hydraulic manipulator are used in the work: KamAZ - 4 pcs., Ural - 2 pcs., KrAZ - 1 pcs., ZIL - 2 pcs., MAZ - 3 pcs., automated logging complexes "KOMATSU" (type "Forwarder") .

Renewable resources
Own raw material base is not only timber harvesting, but also a great responsibility for the protection and renewal of forest plantations.
To solve these important tasks, special divisions were created at the enterprise.
Care and planting of forest plantations
New plantings must be planted at the site of clearings.
A special division of our company, together with representatives of the forestry of the Tula region, carefully monitors compliance with all the rules and regulations of forestry.
On the site of commercial and sanitary cuttings, young seedlings are necessarily planted. Compliance with all legislative norms and recommendations of environmentalists is mandatory!
Work with the population and authorities
During the renewal of forest resources, we work closely with the local population and regional authorities.
Every year, events are organized to plant young seedlings in accordance with GOST standards for each felled tree.
Purchase of seedlings and seed (acorns and other seeds) from the population.
We are constantly working with educational institutions.
Forest protection
The division for forest protection created at the plant carefully monitors the entrusted areas, compliance with cutting and planting standards.
Together with the state forest protection authorities, the fight against illegal logging is being carried out, work is being done to protect forests from fires (removal of dead wood, firebreaks, etc.) and other measures to preserve controlled areas.
Wood harvesting
For the needs of the production of parquet products, wood is harvested: oak, ash and maple.
For the production of lumber and moldings, carpentry: spruce, pine, aspen and linden.
The operation of the equipment is controlled by experienced specialists, which guarantees high quality products. For exclusive projects, manual wood processing is used. Much attention is paid to drying and proper storage of each type of lumber.
