Parametric furniture
Parametric style is a new direction in interior design, the elements of which are distinguished by smooth, flowing surfaces, random curves, complex shapes convey the beauty of natural lines, creating a harmonious, comfortable space. The parametric style is widely used in the design of offices and shopping centers, cinemas, concert halls, clubs, restaurants. Garden and park areas are decorated with gazebos and benches in this new style.
Modern technologies in the field of milling and processing plywood and MDF on CNC machines allow us to create unique products for interior design, fully adapted to mass production.
TECHNOLOGICAL DIRECTIONS
Unusual and very expressive
CNC Furniture
Each part is equipped with a "lock" and assembly is carried out according to the principle of "groove-to-groove" connection. Therefore, often the strength and stability of the structure is ensured by the perfect fit of the parts inserted into each other.
Parametric furniture
The design of parallel planes, each of a certain shape, assembled on studs with gaps. The furniture is created with the help of computer programs and therefore any spatial fantasies can be realized.
| |
Parametric finish
Modern technologies have made it possible to create unrealistic architectural elements and volumes, with which you can decorate the ceiling, furniture, partitions, decorative elements.Due to the smooth intersection of lines and the absence of right angles, interior elements are able to perform several functions at the same time.

Souvenir products
CNC machines allow you to realize sketches of almost any complexity. With the help of CNC machines, you can uniqueize the design of ready-made things (engraving, inscription).

Interior items
This type of decor includes items assembled according to the “groove to groove” principle, similar to how it is done in CNC furniture.

In all types of products, parts are made by cutting on a CNC machine without the use of other equipment. The accuracy of cutting parts on such machines is within tenths of a millimeter, which ensures a perfect fit and, therefore, high build quality.

CNC machines operate in automatic mode, so this production is high-tech. On average, the production period takes from 5 to 20 days. The whole process can be divided into four stages:
- Creation of a 3D model of the product with the selection of material and its finishing (coating, painting).
- Development of design and calculations for production. Taking into account the load and the number of parts, the choice of their rational layout method, determining the number and location of fastening rods or studs

Wood milling Wood milling plexiglass Plastic milling - Production of parts on CNC machines. Sanding, protective coating and finishing.
- Construction assembly and quality control. Disassembly of the tested product and transportation to the installation site.
We perform CNC machining of an exceptionally wide range of materials
Recommendations for the choice of materials:
- For outdoor objects (arbors, benches), it is recommended to use birch plywood with improved water-repellent properties.
- For interiors - solid wood and plywood from coniferous trees
(To optimize the cost of manufacturing the product, it is advisable to make the frame, auxiliary and mounting elements from low-grade plywood, and facade parts and finishing elements from high-grade plywood, which allows you to get the best result with CNC milling) . - Furniture for painting is recommended to be made of MDF.
- Lightweight, simple structures or finishes can be made from chipboard.
Plywood is a natural, environmentally friendly raw material with a beautiful natural texture. Therefore, parametric furniture and interior decoration are most often made from plywood.
